1. BUILDING PROGRAMME

The goal is to create a complete demonstration city block for 7,500 people by 2045

and to build new, modern, and sustainable cities modeled on the EC for more than 100 million people by the year 2100.

The basic prerequisite is an innovative and effective construction system,

which ONE GVS develops and continuously improves.

​

2. REALIZATION AND PROVIDING

In developing countries that have committed to respecting human rights, the construction of ECs can be fully financed from the funds raised. The providing of housing will be linked to broader goals, including lifelong learning, employment, healthcare, safety, and environmental protection.

​

​If construction takes place in developed countries, the non-profit organization can provide these projects with an interest-free loan of up to 20% of the total costs.

​The basic premise is to gather multiple sources of funding, such as donations from individuals and businesses, fundraising from various international humanitarian and development funds, government support, and the creation of profitable businesses with reinvestment of surpluses into the project within the ONE GVS parent group.

​

​The recommended target for achieving the potential of the EC project is a regular investment of 2% of gross domestic product.

3. PROTECTION AND DIGNITY

 

The goal is to create a safe environment for all age and social groups and provide them the opportunity for personal growth and participation in the development of global society.

​

The basic premise is to protect the environment and support community centers that promote education, culture, social life, sustainable lifestyles, and innovation, as well as the creation of local job opportunities in various sectors.​​
